Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be posted via Australia Post.  All website orders will be attempted to be made and sent out within 4 days of ordering, if needed urgently please let us know and every attempt will be made to meet your deadline.
Privacy & Security
Cambrelle’s will not sell, rent or make available the personal information collected on our website to any third party. Customer’s details are stored within a password protected database, and the purpose of collecting your personal information is for the processing of your order and the ease of the automation of this online store.
Returns, Replacements and Out of Stock items
If you find a product defective, please email, fax or telephone us within 7 days to arrange to return the goods for an exchange. A refund will only be offered if we are unable to supply the exact same goods in exchange.
In the event that an item cannot be supplied at the time of order, we will email you with notification of an estimated time of delivery. You will have the option to accept this delay or choose a suitable alternative of the same value.
All images have been photographed to depict the true colours of the products as accurately as possible. However the colours on screen may vary slightly from the true colours due to different screen resolutions. Please be aware of this when purchasing.  
All images on the Cambrelle’s website remain the property of Cambrelle’s and its proprietor. If you wish to copy the images for any reason, please contact Cambrelle’s for permission.
Payment, Pricing & Promotions
If you elect to pay your order by PayPal during checkout, the payment should be made at the time of checkout.  If you elect to pay be Direct Deposit, payment should be made within 3 days.  Bank account details will appear on the email that confirms your order.  All prices quoted are current and include all relevant taxes including GST, but do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs are added during the checkout process.
Viewing Orders
Once you have submitted your order, you will be sent an email to the address that you provided.  If this email does not appear in your inbox, please check your 'Junk mail' folder.  This email will detail the items that you have ordered and, if paying by Direct Deposit, will contain the account numbers that you need to make your deposit into.
Updating Account Information
You can update your account information at anytime by logging in to the website.  Once logged in, you will see 'My Dashboard' which shows your current information.  To change these details, see 'My Account" on the left side menu and select the area you want to update.
